Everywhere! We ship within Canada, the US, internationally, and to APO addresses!
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Our standard shipping in Canada takes 3-7 business days, and it is FREE on orders over $100+! Faster shipping options are available at an additional cost. Packages outside of Canada can take between 3-5 business days to arrive at the international carrier. It may then take an additional 10-15 business days to be delivered, depending on your country. Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and an increase in our orders, it may take a bit longer than usual for your order to be delivered. We are working tirelessly to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while following all necessary precautions to keep our warehouse team healthy and safe. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, please follow your tracking information for the most recent updates on your package!
What is the cost of shipping?
Standard shipping within Canada and the US is free on orders over $100+! If your order is under $100 then the shipping price will be calculated based on your location and the weight of your package! International shipping varies depending on what items you order and what country you are shipping to!
Are there any customs fee for international shipping?
Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we can not guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges.
Where is my tracking number?
We ship out all packages within 1 business day of receiving your order, once your order has left our warehouse you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number! You can track your package right here by clicking on the tracking number or email us.
What are the procedures in case my package is missing or damaged?
If your package arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact our Customer Service team through the chat or by email. We have a team of specialists dedicated to helping you and will make sure you get your package and all of your ProFit Tea goodies!
